And it's not just because I think about both of them a lot. No, I was thinking about different songs, and how some people really like songs that I really hate, and as I was thinking about this, I thought absently, “Some songs push my buttons, and some don’t”. That's when I realized that it's the same way with men. Some push my buttons, and some don't. For instance, I don't find Johnny Depp attractive, while about 70% percent of women in America seem to. I also don't really care for "Breakaway" by Kelly Clarkson. There's a man and a song that don't push my buttons. Then there are men that I find extremely unattractive, and songs that I really dislike, like Rod Stewart, and "My Girl" by Justin Timberlake (which I am listening to on the radio right now. Have you ever noticed that that squeaky sound that's in the refrain sounds like a psychotic mouse? Just wondering), which I find somewhat annoying. And, there are some men I find immensely attractive, like Jason Isaacs, and some songs that I simply adore, like "Every Breath You Take" by The Police (they'll probably get a blog post at some point). And of course this attractiveness, whether it's in songs or men (or women) is different for everyone. "Hotel California" by The Eagles pushes some peoples buttons (not mine), and even Mick Jagger does (go figure).
